David Polansky is a political theorist who writes on geopolitics, international orders, nationalism and state-formation, and the history of political thought. Outside of scholarly journals, his work has been featured in the National Interest, the American Interest, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post.
He holds an MA in international relations from the University of Chicago and a PhD in political science from the University of Toronto. He lives and works in Toronto with his family.
