IPD Research Fellow Zachary Paikin appeared in CBC’s Sunday Magazine to speak on the state of Canada-Russia relations and its future.

This gives us an opportunity to have people in Moscow listen which is important in and of itself because it would give Canada more of an opportunity to manage its relationship with Russia which remains a great power, despite all of its problems with the Ukraine war, on its own terms.
